The 10th School Chess Olympiad: Closing Of The Final Stage

The closing ceremony of the final stage of the 10th School Chess Olympiad took place on May 8.

Best results were awarded:

4th chessboard – Mane Hovhannisyan with 16,5/17 point
3rd chessboard – Vardges Hovhannisyan with 14/17 point
2nd chessboard – Samvel Khachatryan with 15/17 point
1st chessboard – Shant Sargsyan with 16/17 point

Yerevan basic school N 55 named after Anton Chekhov with 58.5 point took 1st place and gained right to participate in “White Rook” tournament which is to take place on June 1-9 at Sochi in Russia.
