Opening Ceremony of the Final Stage of the 15th School Chess Olympiad

The opening ceremony of the final stage of the 15th School Chess Olympiad took place today in Gyumri. The School Chess Olympiad is being held annualy since 2006. 16 school teams - the winners of previous 3 stages, from all the regions of RA and Republic of Artsakh are going to take part in the Olympiad. 

During the ceremony the participants were greeted by the Chief Referee of the 15th RA School Chess Olympiad  Vahagn Khachatryan.

The event was summed up by the drawing of lots.
The first match of the event will kick off on October 27, at 10:30 at Olympic hotel Gyumri.
